Privacy Policy

 

In these terms and conditions, “you” refers to the member and “we”, “us” refers to Amplified Apps. The 'My Size' and 'Quick Fit Workouts' Mobile Apps are smartphone applications (“the apps”) owned and operated wholly by us.

 

Health (HealthKit)

The apps allow users to submit certain data to Apple’s Health app, which can be found on the user’s iOS device. Before the Health app can use the data from the apps, the user must first agree to it by selecting the option when first opening the app.
The HealthKit data is only kept locally on the user’s device. For security, the HealthKit store is encrypted when the device is not unlocked.

 

Uses of personal information

Amplified Apps does not obtain, collect, store or share any personal data from the app. Even if you agree to use the Health app to store your data, in no way can we gain access to that information.
To clarify, we do not, and have no intention of using any information that any user inputs to their device using the app. This includes Name, Address, Date of Birth/Age, Gender, Health and Medical information.
